Who We Are
In 2023, a team of commercial real estate professionals with deep roots in the Upstate South Carolina market made a deliberate choice: to build something different. Not a satellite office of a national brand. Not a transactional shop moving deals for the sake of volume. A firm built around relationships. A firm genuinely invested in what happens here after the closing.
We are based in Fountain Inn, South Carolina; a small city in the middle of one of the fastest-growing commercial corridors in the Southeast. We know this market not because we've studied it from a distance but because we've lived it, worked it, and helped shape it.

This is our most specialized practice. We work alongside developers, municipalities, and preservation-minded investors to unlock the commercial potential of historic properties; navigating the tax credits, entitlements, and community relationships that make these projects work. It's complicated work, and we love it.
